WHOLE-FAMILY DENTAL CARE

General Dentistry Services

Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.

Tooth decay is caused by a variety of things; in medical terms, cavities are called caries, which are caused by long-term destructive forces acting on tooth structures such as enamel and the tooth’s inner dentin material. Fillings restore teeth and protect from further decay.

While flossing and brushing are essential to your oral health, sealants provide an extra step in protecting healthy teeth. Molars can trap food and other cavity-causing bacteria. This thin, protective coating provides an extra barrier against this bacteria, and can reduce cavities by up to 80%.

Our newest technology is the 3D Intraoral Scanner from iTero. This device allows us to take clear, detailed scans of your teeth and mouth without the use of uncomfortable impressions. The result produces highly accurate images of your teeth that makes crowns and other dental treatments as seamless as possible.

The best way to avoid costly and uncomfortable dental issues is through regular checkups and practicing proper oral hygiene. With the right tools and techniques, your natural teeth can last a lifetime.

Like all cancer screenings, regular oral cancer screenings are necessary in order to catch and treat the disease as early as possible.

Dental Emergencies

Our goal is to help you to minimize the risk of emergency treatment. This is why we commit a generous amount of time designing a Lifetime Treatment Plan that will help you to offset the possibility of unforeseen pain or tooth breakage.
